We had a proper boss time! The food was brilliant, especially the evening meals that were dead tasty. The only downside was the boot room, a bit cramped when returning from the slopes. a lovely stay with super friendly staff!

A balance of wins and fails
The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, while the staff radiated friendliness, always eager to assist. The picturesque view from my room during sunset was a real treat!
Though the restaurant ambiance felt rushed during busy times, it slightly detracted from an otherwise good dining experience.

Absolutely unacceptable for a high-priced hotel, the ski storage was cramped beyond belief, and cleaning our room was a low priority. I almost thought about giving a good review until I noticed my room didn't have a kettle-not even one. No special treatment for me, it seems. I feel so cherished here, not!

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety!
I faced significant issues with the bathroom where the shower overflowed onto the floor. There was an embarrassing lack of hot water for over 24 hours, unacceptable. To top it off, we had no option to store our luggage on our last day.

Ski-in and ski-out access made it super convenient, only a short walk from the slopes. The food in the restaurant was excellent, with the evening meals being particularly delicious. Breakfast also offered a good variety, helping me fuel up for a day on the slopes. The atmosphere in the common areas had a great vibe. I faced some significant drawbacks. The ski storage area felt cramped, especially during peak times when everyone was returning from skiing. I often struggled to find space for my boots to dry properly. There were days when the hot water ran out during peak shower times, quite frustrating. When we arrived, the room felt excessively warm, and I needed to turn the heating down to be comfortable. A couple of times, I noticed cleanliness issues like dirty corners in the bathroom and some cobwebs. On the whole, while I enjoyed the essentials, the management could really improve on the upkeep and the ski storage situation.

The Mediterranean dishes had me dreaming, the gnocchi and fresh seafood were total standouts! Plus, the cozy bar scene is a vibe. Friendly staff were always on point!
For a £210 a night stay, I was left wanting more, as it felt more like low-budget digs with a lovely facade. Ski storage was cramped, and the common areas just couldn't keep up with the crowd, leaving breakfast feeling more adequate than really good.

I had an amazing stay at a comfortable and trendy hotel in Val Thorens. The staff were helpful and turned off the outside music when I wanted to sleep. The ski boot room was great, and I could walk or ski straight from the hotel. The atmosphere and facilities were excellent, and I appreciated having a fridge in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
